Anyone had issues with Customer Service/support from Cobra Magic where I purchased the app ? No replies to emails?. Can anyone confirm if there are issues using the app with iPhone MAX. The text does not line up and is squashed on my iPhone 12 Max . Also I was sent a code to enter and register and can se nowhere to enter the code ? Thanks in advance

The customer service of Cobra Magic is absolutely AWFUL!!! Be aware that they do not care that you are unsatisfied, and for that price, you should think twice if you wish to spend that money we such poor customer service.
Be aware that if you are unsatisfied, they will offer you to spend additional money instead of making you a happy customer. I wouldn't recommend buying from them, unless you are up to ****ty customer service. |

When shaming a company, truth has to be considered and left for the readers to judge. When you approached us with your 2nd hand (with no warranty) Super Chip and asked for an upgraded receiver I offered you 2 options: 1st was to upgrade your own receiver at the cost of $100 and 2nd option was to purchase a new receiver at $250. You said to me that you believe this price is too high and told me you are willing to give me only half. That will make you satisfied. I refused. Since then, in the past 6 months you have been trashing about my company on social media. We do not do business like that and I don't have to make you satisfied at all cost. We have excellent customer service! Stop lying!!! |
