What is the explanation for his hands moving automatically?

Is this published anywhere?
Is there any source where similar "tricks" are published?

He says it is simple and you should just try it.

Having a friend willing to lift his hands slowly is a good start.

"Arm levitation" is a standard hypnotic technique. I haven't seen it done like that, though, and I suspect there's something else going on too.

Still interested in what is going on here, are they both faking it? Thanks.

When I first started learning hypnosis, I came across something very familiar with this. And I confirm that it worked. No need for any acting or faking, that does work.

Oh then well it must be real.
