I have to agree with Rizzo. I thought it was amazing up until the final reveal which looked a touch suspicious IMO.

Okay, very different from Icon ESP. This would fit perfectly in my online show, so I ordered it.

The final reveal is better in Icon ESP and I have the feeling this will be for online use the best.
Icon ESP can be done live without any issues maybe this can be but I have my doubts. Looked a great routine though until the final stage which in all fairness should be the strongest stage not the weakest imho Gaz 😊 |

I’m a big Marc Oberon fan. He is a tremendous performer and creator IMO.
This looks to me to be an extremely fun effect involving several spectators. It would seem nearly impossible for an audience not to smile, laugh, and be drawn further in with each correct guess. I’m assuming they are correct 100% of the time. My only concern is how effective it would be performed fairly close such as in a dinner party or living room performance? Luke Dancy, will you be doing another discussion with Marc about his latest effect? |

But more than that, it lacks all the lead up effects which is what pulls people in and makes it interesting. By the time you get to the final reveal, people will actually care about it rather than simply be curious. IMO, Icon ESP is a good trick but E-Wave is a great routine. |

The last move is strange. Looks like he dumps the cards and come back with new ones.

No it doesn’t have to replace Icon ESP. Icon ESP is brilliant and can be customised with whatever you wish it’s a fantastic piece of kit.
This I am sure is great but I would like to know whether this can be done live and if so what distance are the parameters from the audience Gaz 😊 |

When I receive this I will post my thoughts about it and how it can be performed if there’s any interest.

I fully agree. The guessing of the ESP symbol was really impressive but the routine was let down by the final reveal and way this was shown.

The guessing part in itself was great However I feel this is too perfect to be real I need to think of routineing in a more believable manner

In one effect I present the spectator gets 3 out of 5 but I have indicated or predicted the two symbols they are likely to miss or get confused. I have found this far more believable and authentic. However the guessing part of Marc's routine is excellent. Neil |

There are a number of different routines and effects you can do with icon ESP without the basic I know where this is going one. However I do agree the routine on this one by Marc is wonderful apart from the ending Gaz 😊

A dissenting voice here. I really don't see any problems whatsoever with the final reveal.
Especially given the context- several cards have been turned around singly during the routine, establishing they are 'normal'. Magicians' thinking on this thread, I suspect. I have about a dozen ESP matching routines, gaff decks and props... and this is by far the cleanest thing I've seen. |

In all of the videos shown, my question is - will you definitely be able to show the spectator getting it correct that many times, or do you sometimes have to go right into putting the cards onto the board, and can then maybe show that they have one or more correct while placing them onto the board, but sometimes you won't be able to show anything until the final reveal?
I'm guessing that you can't show the back of the board before the final reveal. |

When Marc performed it on me it played out exactly like the video. I personally don’t think there is anything wrong with the final reveal, in fact I quite like it.
