It keep on changing on my list but this is the list I came up lately:
1. Tommy Wonder – Vision of Wonder 1-3 2. David Williamson – Sleight of Dave, Dave 2, and The Magic Farm 3. Tim Ellis – Runaround Sue, the FISM Cups and Balls Act 4. Guy Hollingworth – The London Collection, and Rounties 5. Homer Liwag – Coin One (also Coin Two coming soon this year) 6. Joshua Jay – Talk about tricks 7. (Same vote on mine, no particular order) Michael Ammar’s ECTCM, Cups and Balls, Topit, and Money Magic 8. Daryl’s Ambitious Card 9. (Same vote again, sorry) Rannie Raymundo Hand Size Does Not Matter (Coming soon), and The Zenneth Code (Limited Release in UK tour) 10. Paul Harris Stars of Magic (Re-release as 2 DVD from 5 tapes by Murphy’s) I think the above is already more than enough for years of magic enjoyment if someone ask me to give him recommendation of which DVD / Tapes to buy to learn better magic.
Most memorable moment - with Maestro Juan Tamariz & Consuelo Lorgia in FISM Busan 2018.

Two from my top-10 list that haven't yet been mentioned:
Examining the Thumb Tip (Alexander DeCova) Whit Haydn's Comedy Four Ring Routine (Whit Haydn) Come to think of it, any and all of Whit Haydn's DVDs (and videos) would be on my list. |

Just had to bump this up and add my own votes. Yes, I realize these are sets, but it would be nearly impossible to select 10 single DVDs!
Dai Vernon Revelations (the rest of the list is in no particular order, but this 17 volume set I would definitely place at the top) Michael Ammar ETMCM Bill Malone On the Loose Richard Osterlind Mind Mysteries Tommy Wonder Visions of Wonder Daryl's Encyclopedia of Card Sleights There are many others that are excellent, but these are the ones I would probably recommend without reservations. |

You'd be hard pressed to come up with just 10. This thread was started in 2004 and since then, look at the folks at RSVP ( Matthew Dowden's Party Animal and the James Prince's Menu of Miracles DVD's ), Big Blind Media ( Wicked World of Liam Montier ), New York Magic Project ( Got A Light? ) Titanas Productions ( Magic of Nefesch ) Jay Sankey and Kozmo Magic, etc. have all put fantastic DVD's since then.

I guess I would have to put in the Encyclopedia of Coin Sleights (three volumes), and the New York Coin Magic Seminar series (seven volumes). I feel that these DVD's will stand up to the test of time. The encyclopedia has been around in video and DVD format for over 20 years, and I am sure that the NYCMS set will be a constant reference source as well.

I like mrmuji's suggestion to have this thread updated every now and then. Not been in magic as much as some of those above, so have limited a top 7 (1 being most favourite):
1. Front Row Sankey - Jay Sankey. 2. Double Take - Gregory Wilson. 3. Born to Perform Card Magic - Oz Pearlman. 4. Art of Gospel Magic - Duane Laflin. 5. Off the Cuff - Gregory Wilson. 6. Corporate Close Up - Martin Sanderson. 7. Ring Leader - Gregory Wilson. |
