Can anyone tell me about the history of Tannen’s Magic Manuscript. When it started and ended? Why it ended?

I still have a couple I’ve copies I bought in the mid 80s when I was a teenager. I really liked it for the quality of the graphic design especially.

I’m keen to build my collection if I can find them. Any ideas who I could contact? The copies on eBay are just too expensive. Back in 1985 they were only $3 an issue! What a steal.

If you subscribed back in the day, what sections did you enjoy reading the most? I really enjoyed The Best of Paul Harris.
