Can anyone please answer this question

What are the tubes made of from the set of Multiplying Bottles? Plastic? Aluminum?

I purchased a used set around 10 years ago… they are made in India with yellow tubes, I have no idea who made them. My plan is to repaint everything and make new labels.

The manufacture in India is a company called, "Funtime Magic. They make hundreds of magic props.

Are you saying you do not know how to distinguish steel, aluminum, or plastic?

Hold a magnet against each tube. Steel, the magnet will stick to steel. Aluminum, a magnet will not stick to the the tube, it is also very light compared to steel. Plastic is very light as well.

In order to repaint the props, you will have to remove the original paint, with liquid paint remover. Then clean props. Some have said, some auto body shops have done this for them. It takes special skills to paint metal and plastic, and a drying oven.

It would be cheaper to just buy a new set of Multiply Bottles.

Here is the latest 3 Bottle set from India, these are called Passe Passe Bottles. They look like good quality, for only $60.00. This dealer website is in the United States, so no international postage. other dealers have the larger 9 bottle sets.
