Why is it magicians focus so much on learning a new trick and not so much on the rich history of magic and magicians? 🤷

Regardless of why, Mike Caveney has published his much-anticipated 4th volume of Classic Correspondence from Egyptian Hall Museum, bringing color to some of the written history exchanged between magicians from the 19th century to the modern era.

There are 23 letters total in this volume with gorgeous color lithographs, playbills, photos, stationary, and more to illustrate the characters involved. I hope you enjoy my review half as much as I enjoyed this book!
