For some reason my laptop dumped all my user names and passwords from the sites I visit regualarly and because I cannot recall old e-mail address, I can't get a new password name. Therefore I have had to register a new profile.

This means that I have no access to the "For Sale" forums.
At the moment I have a large list of books for sale and there are people waiting for books to be posted off to them but now I have to PM them with my new profile details.
Understandably, this may make them fearful of a scam.

My question is, is it possibe to reset my old profile despite having a different e-mail address?

My original user name was Tom Fenton.

Tom, the email you used to register on the Café was tom.fento4@ntlworld.com

If you still have access to that email, just request a new password and one will be sent to you at that address.

In the upper right corner of the main page there is a button "register". They click on that and follow the instructions.
