I've read a lot about traditionally cut cards being harder to get than Modern Cut cards. But ALL of the decks I've bought in stores and on Amazon for the last two years are traditionally cut. My question is where can I buy Modern Cut cards?

Can I ask why you would want them? You might be reading old information. I assume you are mainly interested in USPCC cards? I'm sure you know that the only difference is the orientation of the sheets when they are cut. The process itself is the same. So you can either get cards cut when they are face-up or face-down. The way paper behaves when it is cut contributes to the features of the cards.
The reason I say old information is because many of USPCC's cards these days are traditionally cut. That wasn't the case even a few, short years ago. Determining whether cards are cut in the "modern" style is going to be difficult as I don't think any are advertised as such. The reason traditional cut is pointed out in ads is because many magicians prefer them. I don't think that's the case with the modern cut and therefore nothing to promote. Endersgame seems to be pretty up-to-date on these things and perhaps can fill in some gaps.

There's an Ed Marlo trick called Topsy Turvey which demands that you table faro a deck face up which is extraordinarily hard to do with traditional cut. I still perform this effect, but it's so much easier with Modern Cut cards.

USPCC has switched their retail Bike production to Traditional Cut as the default. Maybe due to the increased popularity of traditionally cut decks for custom runs, but hard to say for sure.
That said, their operators have discretion to do either a Traditional or Modern cut (referred to internally as a face up or face down punch) if they feel it necessary for a given run. So odds are that any retail Bike deck you buy these days will be Traditional cut, but you may still encounter a Modern cut deck from time to time.

I'm not sure of the exact date, but it's been at least a couple of years.
