Yes, I'd like to echo what others have said; successful palming is due to in large part (if not majority part) to built-in, intentional misdirection/timing/body language, etc... Give the audience something to do and to pay attention to other than your hands. Maybe you hand them the deck and ask them to find their card. Maybe you have them count a few cards.

This whole topic has been full of great ideas, even for those of us who don't have small hands. Thanx to everyone. I especially liked Chatterbox's idea of just holding the card in palm for a long time, getting comfortably used to it, etc. It seems that this can certainly add to misdirection, when you're palming without even thinking about it.
