I'm an avid magic hobbyist who has taken way too long to journey from packet trick junkie and expensive gimmick purchases to simply reading books now and performing more (with the occasional magic shop indulgence here and there).
Aside from card tricks, I enjoy doing coins across and prediction/mind reading type effects. Looking forward to reading up on all the latest magic discussions here. |

Similar story here...when I first got into magic it was all about gimmicks and gaffes.

Thanks imgic. I often find myself revisiting a lot of old stuff as well such as the TT. I've found that things I didn't have the patience for or didn't quite understand can sometimes suddenly be new and interesting again.
