I think so. They're thin, you'd just be working from behind, that's the only difference. Would just be a matter of getting used to it. It's a pretty good index.

Welcome back GAZ

I was wondering what it would be like to combine this with Card-Shark's"Get Sharky?" https://www.card-shark.de/index.cfm?page......rtID=148

Reset question.
Is it easy to put the card back in the correct position without moving the index from the pocket?

When you do walkaround magic/mentalism, you want an easy reset.

You all know me. I wouldn't give any magic product a recommendation if it wasn't the real deal. This is by far the best commercial card index I have ever used.

Yes - this works fine in your back pocket just as easily as in your front pocket.

I think speed is important but even more importantly is how difficult/easy the index is to use. If there is one thing you will obtain with this index is confidence because you will be getting your card without any fumbling or fear of accidently getting the wrong card.

We are very glad of the way Cheetah was received by the magical community.
We heard nothing but excellent feedback from anyone who bought it.
Cheetah is currently sold out.
It will be available at Murphy's this week!

Seems like overkill for Sharky if I understand what you mean. With Sharky speed isn’t really critical and you don’t need a whole or even half the deck.

I agree with videoman. Sharky is pretty streamlined as is and requires minimal pocket space. Downside is that it requires a gimmicked deck. You can certainly do a Sharky style routine with Cheetah assuming you have a good vanish of the card, I’d use Science Friction. Plus side is you could use a regular deck (plus science friction card) but you’d need both Cheetah indexes. So really just depends on what you want to carry around. Also, reset for Sharky would be quicker and easier.

I’m using one of the indexes to hold the second set of AB See cards - the selected card is then located and loaded into my wallet as the final revelation. Great index

Hi Sean,
You are a worker.
Is it easy to reset in your pocket?
Or do you have to remove the index from your pocket to put the card back?

If I have to remove it from my pocket every time I walk to a new group of people at a gig, then I know this is not for me.

Hi otreboR

Yeah replacing just one card back into the index is no big deal -and gets quicker the more you do it.

It’s a great index for the working magician like me!

I second this entirely! Both the retrieval and the reset are quite intuitive. No need to look or remove the index to replace the card.

One would imagine if you have just retrieved a card you just go back to the same location by feel and put it back in.
I appreciate it takes a bit of getting down but if you have mastered the retrieval the reset would only be a fraction harder Gaz Smile
