At 68 I'm interested in turning back the clock. I still perform a half dozen times a month and I wonder what everyones secret is? How do you maintain energy in these latter years. I'm taking a lot of vitamins and supplement's. What seems to work for the rest of you?

I believe,…
"….the children are our futu……." Nö. No. No! Sorry,…..'80s Hottest Hits' is doodling my radio. I,….think,..maintaining interest,…IS the key. The rest will follow. In `maintaining interest‘ this in-compasses,…expanding interest. This,…is very difficult. Leaving our security suites. ,…who needs it? ,…is it worth it? Those are the questions, I think, that could answer your question. Other than that, I can only advise: Red Bull, Viagra, and cucumber slices over the eyes don't work. ….and stay clear of Kryptonite. gallagher p.s.: That all said: I must admitt, I DO 'The 5 Tibetan' every day(!). Really. Interesting,..FUNNY book! Peter Kelder …..but I STOP at #5 ! |

I’m 76. Competed in gymnastics in the ‘60’s, competed in weightlifting in the ‘70’s. I still go to the gym six days a week.
I take vitamin D, B12 and Magnesium, and occasionally Creatine. As you age, it’s important to keep moving. Get out of the house every day. Had a restaurant gig until the pandemic hit. Seems like most seniors say they want to retire so they can spend time with their grandchildren. Heck, I retired so I could spend more time with my girlfriend. |

I eat mostly organic. No processed foods. Lots of supplements. I bike a couple miles everyday. I’m pushing 70, but my body thinks it’s still in its twenties,
Age is truly just a number.
The difficult must become easy, the easy beautiful and the beautiful magical.

This,…doesn't really pertain, to what you‘re looking for
still,.. I thought you would appreciate it. I do. : ) "Anyone who keeps the ability to see beauty never grows old." Franz Kafka said that, in: 'Conversations with Kafka', by Gustav Janouch. ….a really nice little book. Thinking about it, it probably DOES pertain(!). People who are optimistic, more than pessimistic, seem SÖÖÖÖÖ(!.!!) much….younger. Vibrant. 'Re-learning' to smile,…laugh,..wonder,…express thought.. I really believe THIS can 'turn the clock back',…physically. How did we,….'un-learn' this? Schools? Teachers? Parents?….our OWN un-doings? : ( Maybe,..it's 'good', to get physically old… It gives us the chance,..and need,,..to re-learn Happiness. ….sö we can die…..happily. : ] ? Maybe I should just stick to Creatine and 'the 5 Tibeten'……. : } |

Well, it must have worked for Kafka since he didn't grow old!

It just hit me; a funny book, would be storys of folks who said wonderfull and wise things,.,. and their Lifes knew other 'truths'. : ) p.s.: Landmark, why do your emoglcons work,,, and mine not? Maybe I should be asking,…"How?" ….it feels as though, I have a speak-impediment! : ( …..as least I can stil…..mis-spell. : ) |

P.s.s……i am SURE(!) this has to do with…'the clock'.
My 'clever-half' just poked me, in the eye, with Landmark‘s pointé. Phewww,..! that slipped right OVER me! The nice thing about getting up late is: the day is over quicker. I think I need such a day! (Trying the emogli‘s again..) ?? gallagher p.s.: Nope. Just…????? : ( p.s.s.: Thanks Landmark! |
