Is the Café no longer sending out Topic Reply emails when new comments are added to subscribed topic? I haven't received an email in a few weeks for my subscribed topics. I've also checked my spam/junk folder in case it was on my end.

It's a known issue which I'm looking into. There's already a topic about it in the Tech forum.
