Penguin support is normally top notch. They have been ignoring me since the 26th of September. My issue? The instructions link for a routine I bought doesn't work and there is a missing metal case specifically mentioned in the ad copy. Normally I hear at least something from them within a day or two, but I don't even have a generic response.

Meanwhile, another two people I know have messaged support and been treated with silence. Is everything OK at Penguin Support?
