I am making my own pop eye deck (inspiration: Thom Peterson's BBQ Buddies routine.)

Question: What kind of stock should I use? I am having them made by makeplayingcards.com. My options are SMOOTH, STANDARD SMOOTH, SUPERIOR SMOOTH, STANDARD LINEN, BGM LINEN, LINEN, THICK STANDARD, ECO HERBAGE, PLASTIC.

Also, what kind of finish? I can get MPC game card finish or a gloss finish?

Sorry to overwhelm you all but I've had problems in the past. The deck I have now, I have to apply the rough stuff everytime I do the routine. The cards don't stick together the way they do with my store-bought invisible deck. I'm wondering if anyone here has experience with this?
