I've finally gotten around to cleaning up my magic room (getting cancer will do that...) and found a gaffed deck of cards printed as per the attached picture (only the left half of the cards identifying marks are printed throughout the entire deck). There are also two cards with the full image of the Queen of Hearts on one side and a faux red case on the other side).

For the life of me, I cannot remember what this is (much less how to perform).

Any thoughts? Thanks, in advance...
