Lior,

Check out Steven's Magic Emporium for a good selection of magic puzzles. (http://stevensmagic.com)

The following will probably be of most interest.

Yot
Astro Spinner
Snap Box
Treasure Box

A few other high class puzzles not listed online that Steven's carries (or used to) are "The Rook", "The Pawn", and "Concentration is the Key".

I imagine however, because of cost restraints, the "Treasure Box" listed above might be the best bet. This item also goes by the name "Bill Box" and "Mexican Bill Box" and can be found on a number of Novelty, Puzzle, and Game sites on the internet.

Steven's price is actually one of the best I noticed during my short search. You would need to see if they and their distributor could supply the number you need and at what cost.

Best,

MS

One more recommendation...

The "Astrospinner" listed above from Stevens, is the brass "Executive Model" of a very popular science toy by that goes by many names; Rattleback, Wobble Stone, Celt Stone, etc.

A company called Garrett Specialties who deals with promotional giveaways, sells this item under the name "Space Pet" with custom imprints. You could therefore have your name, the name of your program, or the name of your client company, imprinted onto the spinner device at a minimal cost.

http://www.garrettspecialties.com/html/pet.html

The item in question is a canoe-shaped device about 4" long and usually made of colored transparent acrylic. Because of the ellipsoidal shape and the distribution of mass with respect to its axis, the device has a counterclockwise spin bias.

In other words, if you spin it clockwise, after a few seconds it will grind to a halt (and as if by magic) start spinning the other way.

Well worth looking into.

Hi Lior,
contact Magic Center Harri in Germany. He manufactures the astrospinner thing. Ask for "Superding". It's cheap and comes in yellow or blue plastic. Harri should have other give away items too.

You'll find complete adress info with phone and fax numbers on the website.

Hi Lior!

I have one of these clear treasure boxes with a folded dollar bill in it, right on my desk in the office (hypnotherapy). I want people to reach for it on their own and discover the message that "wanting" something is not enough. It takes "wisdom" to get what you want. Maybe you can use this metaphor in your presentation of the give-away.

So great to see you again at MOTM. You were and are a sensation!

Be well and stay safe in your homeland!

liormanor you might want to try and see some Asian exporting novelty company. Sorry I don't have a name of hand.
