From the Lybrary.com newsletter, Chris Wasshuber says:
"I am looking for somebody who can help me write a request for a subpoena that I can carry to the US district court here in Somerville. I found out that I can do that myself and that this does not require starting a lawsuit. This would help me in my fight against piracy. If anybody has experience with this please email me."
