Am so glad to read this typic on Clippo. Years ago when I released my book, THE WHOLE ART OF CLIPPO AND MORE. a prominent magician chastised me for not crediting Will DeCieve for creating the effect
I knew he had a version of Joseph Kolars effect; bcause I pwned a complete set of Tarbells Magic. The title of my book was given by Micky Hades. The word art was key.. because the cut paper pictures transformed into other pictures during the restoration via the Clippo method No one mentions or credits the non rubber cement method that appeared in the linking ring though..Jusy setting the crediting record straight in my typical snarkey Kotah way the method involved a paper fold, due to the limited supply of rubber cement during the war Kotah |

Thank you, Kotah, for setting the record straight. Most of us know how important, nay essential, it is to credit others for the work they have previously done. Sometimes, and I know I am guilty of it, we do not know the complete history of something.
Can you still get rubber cement?
