I have a corporate gig next week for the film Men In Black. One thing they have asked for (as well as "cool" magic dressed in black suit, tie and shades) is some kind of balloon model that is appropriate. I was thinking of maybe a ray gun or something on those lines. Nothing too complex as will have to make lots of them quickly (single 260). Does anyone have any ideas and more importantly info on how to make the model (either notes if you can make time or advice on which book I should consult). Many thanks in advance to those who reply (if any do!) Please leave message or better still email me at daniel@howdidyoudothat.co.uk THANK YOOOOOU! P.S. Sorry if this is posted in the wrong section, didnt really know where else to put it.

Here is a raygun/HairDryer
a 260 balloon leaving a few inches uninflated.go up 4" and twist the balloon. Go up another 4 " (approximate) and twist again, then interlock the two twists together, forming a loop twist. go up the balloon 2 more inches, and twist again. Up 4-6 ", twisting again, and interlocking the last 2 twists creating a second loop twist. Feed the remainder of the balloonthrough the 2 twists, finishing off the hairdryer. If you want to make an alien, use green 260's make a Standard body, and use a Heart for the head and draw on the eyes. You could also make a alien hitchhiker hat, which is fast and easy. The starship enterprise is always nice: http://www.professorwonder.com/baloon24.htm For a rather fast alien: http://www.balloonhq.com/faq/sim/alien/ I could go on and on, but if you have the time check out: http://www.balloonhq.com they have searchable forum and balloonguide.
