To my recollection this was an old cassette tape package that must be updated to CD. The main element is a music (mystical and "hypnotic" to be used as part your induction. There are also some notes on how he suggests to use it and some basic tips for trying to do a hypnotic presentation.

This is really hypnosis for magicians and amateurs/beginners. It is not hypnosis training or any kind of complete hypnosis training or education. But if you want to add the element of music or production to your induction it is a decent sounding track.
