I want to reveal that I knew in advanced a card freely named by someone. There should be no procedure and fiddling with the deck, just pure prediction. But for some reason, I do not want to use an Invisible Deck. Is there an alternative? Thank you!

Can you share more details.
Just to update, I cannot use Kolossal Killer and card index. |

That Zoltar is a neat one alright. Reminds me of my younger days buying all sorts of decks from Tannen’s in NYC. This one is a nice and fun idea along these lines.

@Wravyn
Thanks a lot, Zolatar's opener works for me. Still open for any other similar suggestions. Thnaks! |

Check out Ernesto Melero‘s Impromptu Invisible Deck. Again, it’s unclear what your definition of fiddling with the deck is, but perhaps this effect will meet your needs.

Kranzo's Mene Tekel DVD has a great Card In Fly routine that fits. I would pull the prediction from my wallet, instead from my fly.

It's not really clear (to me) what Shakuni's criteria are.
Why is Zolatar's Openar ok, but not ID? Is the R/S a problem? |

Invisible deck is googlable. If you google the description, you get the solution.

By fiddling, I mean handling of the cards. The effect I do is not related to cards, but at the end there is a card reveal for some reason. But it has to be super clean, like invisible deck.

For your use case, you don't need to call it an Invisible Deck and then it's not as Googlable. If you like Zoltar, you might also consider a Brainwave Deck.

Perhaps I'm missing something; but if an effect involves cards, it's also likely to require some degree of handling the cards. While I'm afraid I can't help with your original inquiry, I would strongly suggest you don't waste too much time worrying about what is google-able. Every generation of magicians has had its secrets exposed. Your presentation and personality are more powerful than the method employed to bring about a desired effect. Best of luck to you. Perhaps there’s some little things, but nothing compares to what’s overall great about the effect. And there’s nothing hard here, though some good practice will smooth out things a bit. The trick is well taught, explained and demonstrated. While not exactly like the old ID, it certainly has that sorta feel to it as to intent and presentation. It’s different because it’s done differently, but to me the differences aren’t bad things here. Love that it’s all SOH, but nothing difficult really. With all that, I’d say it’s a real winner! The whole bundle has pretty clever stuff, but the ID is the cherry-on-top for me…a fun piece! Highly Recommended!
