I am on the verge of purchasing. The one thing that is putting me off is the notion of an upcoming ‘Pro Mode’ that Christian has mentioned elsewhere and how further features will be implemented. The app already is an expensive purchase and my concern — as an OCD magician — is the app being linked to a yearly subscription model somewhere down the line. Paying for extra significant new features as they are made available is one thing — and something I’d obviously be amenable to — but subscriptions on top of a significant outlay, no thanks.

Obviously this is speculation nonetheless based on Christian’s discussion of Enigma’s road path…

I don’t mind paying for significant new functionality, it’s a possible subscription tier that puts me off. Perhaps someone in the know can chime in.
