Does anyone happen to know what one of the four metal corners is "officially" called? I emphasize "officially" because I have used every common term I can think of, to locate them.

It's called a corner joint, but there are lots, so you just have to look at them.

It's called extrusion. What I believe you're looking for is even more specifically called round double extrusion. Double, meaning it takes two pieces of material. Round, meaning the corner is rounded instead of squared. Look for road case building materials when in doubt.
