I emailed George at Viking and got an update on the upcoming Andruzzi compilation. He is hoping to release it this year. Oh lordy, I think I'm going to cry.
There is also a reprint of MAGICK in the works but not likely to happen this year. Support our fine magic book producers! In the meantime, go buy Sheherizade. Don't ask questions, just do it! You'll thank me later.
