He hasn't posted here in a very long while, but this forums original moderator, Ben Proudfoot (see his posts pinned at the top of this forum), won his second Oscar at the Academy Awards tonight, for his film "The Last Repair Shop".
If you read back through this forum, you can find references to Ben making note that he may be somewhat unavailable to moderate the forum, as he tells us that he's heading off to L.A. to enter his first year at USC Film School.

It would appear tonight, after his taking home his second Oscar, that his trip down to L.A. all those years ago has indeed paid-off in a somewhat spectacular fashion.
