That is correct Tommy residents are very unhappy here because it is very near large residential sections and they fear a big increase in crime around their families. But big money is keeping them going without problems from law enforcement.

I wonder if this is some kind of steer game at Legends Poker Room: I have seen steer games where the crew got away with blatant mechanics but those games were set up in hotels around big race meetings. I guess it is possible to set up a steer game in some licensed card rooms.
