I used to perform this but somehow lost the nut and rope. Does anyone still perform this routine. Also, seems no one has it in stock. Can I still buy this anywhere?

I don’t have the instructions on front of me but the nut and rope are described in the instructions. I was able to source the nut online and found appropriate rope at a marine supply store. Have not done in a while thought
