I don't know of any that are available through regular retail outlets.

On the secondary markets and perhaps Ebay and Amazon you might be able to find some Bee Stinger decks with a white border. It isn't a hard white border, but it may work for you.

I heard a deck was sold years ago called "Stingers" that is exactly what I am looking for.

I see some listed on eBay, but they are asking a high price. If you are a collector, that's one thing, but if you are wanting to put them to work, they are rather expensive.

I just found these. They are from Canada. They are somewhat like the Stinger Bee decks. However, they are casino decks which have the casino name on them so that may be a problem for some people
