I am ooking for an old kids trick called No Tear KIdz - works like the No Tear newspaper but with letters and a NAPPY BIRTHDAY message.

Silly Billy has a newspaper tear for kids called something like "I am Not a Dog" It uses his drawings, but it could be anything.
