Hi Everyone.
I was having trouble deciding which one to get. Which one's easier to use? They all look awesome bot it's just hard to decide because you can never know which one is the best. They can all be bad sometimes. I'm looking for the one that you don't have to hastle with. Thanks. Best, Michael |

Michael,
With Hot Leads you will not have to worry about your fuel evaporating. Hot Leads will allow you a 12 hour window. However, keep this in mind if you have a 13 hour magic show my wallet will suck. Jim

Hi Jim.
Hot Leads looks awesome. Is lighter fluid the ONLY thing I have to get for the trick? Can I use regular paper business cards? Thanks. Best, Michael |

If you are doing business cards and want the greatest impact, then Hot Leads is for you. It is fit and ready for the longest time.
But if you want a general purpose fire wallet where it catches on fire, and then you pull out a couple of dollars to pay for DInner, the Kaps on Fire Wallet is the ticket. It has to be "freshened" right before performing (I can set mine up about 40 minutes ahead, and get good results) I use them both for different purposes. And the needs of each are different. Hot Leads is the best one, if you want to set it and forget it (within a 12 hour window anyway ) BroDavid

I really dislike Hot Leads. The reliability factor is very low. Hitting the switch can be tricky, the flash cotton may not fire if it's too humid and the business cards may or may not light. It also does not instantly reset. You must reload it with flash cotton each time. I have one and don't like it. Additionally, it does not allow for glossy business cards.
The Kaps on Fire Wallet is my favorite fire wallet and I've used it quite a bit in walk around. You can repeat the effect over in over if you want. I freshen mine up right before I start walk around and refreshen ever 45 to 60 minutes after multiple uses. The Kaps part of the wallet is the poorest Kaps wallet I've seen, but no matter, the rest of the wallet makes up for it. I wouldn't use the Kaps part. This is a smaller fire wallet and looks less like the large European wallets the other fire wallets use. |

Hot Leads does not use flash cotton. I think that you may have the Afterburn...which does.
