A magician at my local club showed me a fold for a dollar bill that someone showed him. It folds the dollar into eights with a corner protruding from the top and left side so that when you pull them apart (in a particular way) the dollar ends up fully open as you hold it from your top left and bottom right bill corners. Does anyone know who to credit for this fold?
My friend produced four bills from a seemingly empty hand just by stacking these folded bills one on top of another. It was pretty cool, especially the fourth bill, because even I was like, "D@mn, where are those coming from?"

Not quite but your suggestion did lead me to the correct source.

Thanks Kalix, I greatly appreciate this. I often perform a trick where I "find" a 100 dollar bill under an object in front of someone. Truly, close up bill productions are very scarce. but the reactions and immediate attention you get reveals how great of an interest there is in bill production effects, especially close up!!! cheers!
