I came across this deck in a box that I purchased a few years back. But I didn't label it, nor can I figure out what the effect is. It's mostly blue with large letters written on all the backs and comes with a crib. There's a Joker with a second card glued to it containing a piece of metal. Does this look familiar to anyone? I'm baffled.
