I recommend not downloading this - at least not yet.
I just bought this from the Ellusionist site and followed the link to download the app - which then immediately charged me £90. Not cool at all Geraint. Also, the app is listed as an in-app payment. I have already emailed your support looking for a resolution - as I've now paid almost £140 for this. |

What are you all doing?
1- buy the app on Ellusionist (You receive a code on your email, a licence code) 2- download the app, then launch it. At the bottom is written “continue with email” click here 3- Put your email (the one you received your license) and put the license code. That’s it!!! There’s literally a picture on the Twins website showing you this https://imgur.com/a/S0JmxPu Ask Apple a refund if you did a mistake

This is exactly what I did. I now have a £90 charge on my bank account for the full app.

The app costs £90 as an in-app purchase.
You should be able to download it for free and then make a purchase in the app - instead it charges you immediately. That's the issue here. |

You pay on Ellusionist and get a "license key."
The app is a free download in the app store. You DON'T buy the app again once you open it on your phone. You just sign in with your email and the passcode aka license key. |

Great summary of what should happen.
I suspect there is some regional issues with the App Store. I am in the UK. I followed the link Ellusionist provided to me after purchasing via their website - downloaded the "free" app - was immediately charged £90. I get where you input email and license details. At least in the UK, we are being charged £90 just to download the app before we can do anything else. |

Hey all,
There are no payment issues now. These were geo-located and has already been fixed this morning. You don't have to pay for the app twice. Your license key, which you are paying for gets you access to the app. Simply click 'get' in the app store. Then 'continue with email' and enter your email & use your license key as a password. I've emailed every buyer a video going over this, if you prefer to watch the video. It's in your Ellusionist account

I just bought it, I thought it was something more augmented reality, but the method is very good! It is very easy to set up, it takes 3 minutes!
