It appears that Penn & Teller Fool Us season 11 will debut on January 24, 2025. Perhaps we can use this topic to discuss what we see on the show.

Friday's season 11 premiere of Fool Us will salute the 50th Anniversary of Penn & Teller becoming a team. The description for the episode states: "Magicians include Young & Strange, Piff and Piero Venesia; an amazing two-act trick by Penn and Teller." The implication is there will be only two acts competing (Young & Strange, and, Piff & Piero). Perhaps it is a typo, and Piff will perform separately from Piero? Regardless, it appears Penn & Teller will have a longer act than is normal for Fool Us.

As it turned out, Piff performed with a partner but it wasn't Piero. Piero performed separately.

I enjoyed the episode and I'm looking forward to more to come.


The biggest surprise of the night was the fact that Masters of Illusion has expanded to one hour and is now featuring longer acts. That is a very welcome change!

I just watch the episode 1 and P&T act was amazing and a great surprise.
On the acts of Piero and Young&Strange I was confused on they knowing the tricks but chosen not to give any code words. Penn's comments were weak I think.
The Piff and the other magician's act, I liked it to a point, it is a force card to impossible location with a bunch of props (food, rope, etc), the act was large but the magic small.
Also I dislike all the food shoveling, it was a little gross between grown up people.
I am looking forward to the shows to come

On Masters of Illusion it's Adam Wylie, Lucy Darling, Ivan Amodei, Maxence Vire, Alex Ramon, Murray Sawchuck, Anna DeGuzman and Joseph Reohm.

I liked the Episode 2. Hernan's routine with coins was the best, interesting props and great execution. I liked Vogt's routine as well, but clearly easier for P&T. Roitzsch's routine with the card in impossible location was very good, it did fool me, I missed the bold move that Penn referenced. The weakest was the young magician, using a well known commercial item, however she was delightful to watch.

I saw the bold move but was still impressed with where/how the signed card showed up.

I don't know, but he did appear on this week's episode of Masters of Illusion with a newspaper tear. Dean Cain hailed him as a longtime MOI crowd favorite, take that for what you will....

Friday, Feb 7, 2025 - Tonight's performers on 'Fool Us' will be Magic Singh, Nikolai Striebel, Dreygon, and Sara Rodriguez.

Then, the performers on 'Masters of Illusion' will be My Uyen, Micharl Blomeke, Naathan Phan, Jonathan Levit, Andi Gladwin, Chipper Lowell, and Anna Dangerous.

I am enjoying the new 1-hour format for Masters of Illusion. Much better!
