I have a Vapr unit....I realy got a lot out of it during my time using it. I put it away for a few years due to some health related issues out of my control. I just started doing shows again and wanted to use it. It won't work...more specific the burner pen won't charge and won't activate while air flows to the tip. I checked and charged the base and remote (those charge and work just fine) I got about 40 new cartridges too! I also checked the filament tip (seems fine). My question is where can I send this for repair if I can? It looks like SM changed the website a bit since my time and I can't locate where the maintenance area is. It's out of warranty for sure though I am certainly willing to pay for a new burner /pen and filament. Can Vapr still be fixed these days? Or are the burners still able to be purchased?
