Friends, I have seen a method for a long time - when a belt or rope is wrapped in a circle.
But to my surprise, I have not seen the method in the video with a thick rope.
I think the movements are taken from the routine with the chain.
But I wonder if there are any mentions in books of what we see in the video. I am interested in historical information. Thank you!
