Few days ago I have published on LYBRARY.COM first book about 21 of my best original A.C.A.A.N. card tricks:
https://www.lybrary.com/a-caandidate-for......322.html This is the first review I received by Davide Rubat Remond: "Biagio Fasano is known, among other things, for his skill in creating a lot of "Card At Number" and Self-working Card Magic effects. Much of his work focuses on these specific effects, despite some understandable deviations from the strict rules of David Berglass' ACAAN, his ideas hit the mark, managing to entertain and amaze all fans of the genre. He decided to collect his best ACAANs in a thematic book: A CAANdidate for Best Card Tricks, a title that reflects his main areas of interest: card magic, ACAANs, and his commitment to creating this type of effect. The book has been produced with great attention to detail. Each effect is accompanied by numerous images that clearly illustrate the method, preparation, and execution. In some cases, links are provided to useful videos for further exploration of the topic covered. The book contains 20 themed effects, selected from several e-books previously published on lybrary.com. It also includes a BONUS effect, created for this fantastic publication. Inspired by AI, the deck's unique composition makes it “super-intelligent” and capable of identifying the card randomly chosen by the spectator. The book is divided into six different sections, each with different approaches and characteristics. No technical or mnemonic skills are required; it is all very simple, and in many cases, the deck itself does the most complex work, with presentations that are always original, very accurate in detail, and in perfect “Biagio's style,” concealing the trick. - impromptu, six effects that require no deck preparation and can be performed improvised at any time and on any occasion. The only requirement is a deck of 52 cards, which in some cases does not even need to be complete.. - with mathematical stacks, two effects that require deck preparation; two cyclic sequences inspired by the classic Si Stebbins are used. I contributed as co-author in the development of the first effect, while the second uses Dr. Hans Christian Solka's Si Stebbins PRO. - with Vr Stack Pro, Five effects with a stack designed by Biagio (inspired by Si Stebbins Pro) with some particular sequences of values and suits that make it difficult to recognize the preordering even by magicians.. - with special stacks , five effects with deck arrangements that are alternatives to the typical cyclical mode of Si Stebbins, designed exclusively for each individual effect. - with two decks of cards, two effects for which two complete decks of cards are required in setup for performing ACAAN. - with special(gaffed) cards, an effect that requires a deck of gaffed cards, such as double-backed cards, cards with blank faces, or all jokers, to make the final surprise effect memorable. The effect is customizable, easy to perform (even with a normal deck), and very powerful.. Each effect is accompanied by the relevant credits, if applicable, as well as a brief description of the genesis and inspiration that led to the final idea, together with the cover of the original e-book A book that contains some ingenious effects alongside others that are simpler, but all are guaranteed by the “trademark”: B. Magic. The book is available for purchase, as an instantly downloadable eBook, on LYBRARY, at the following link: https://www.lybrary.com/a-caandidate-for......322.html Davide Rubat Remond
