I was on facebook and met an add for a $99 sale on duality but when clicked on it shows a $140 price. I was appalled at what I saw. I have screenshots. This tells me all I need to know about a company’s honesty, integrity and usefulness. BEWARE!!!!

Could it have been a typo on the ad that was posted on Facebook? Have you mentioned it to them so they could address the ad.

I saw (and am still seeing) the same ad. The ad I saw clearly states "EXTENSION PACK" on the picture. As in: You needed a pre-requisite purchase. That's not false advertising.

It clearly says the extension is $99 dollars and it is not available for that price, only $140. Call it what you will. You will not find the advertised product anywhere for the price advertised.

Spadoinkel is right, I just saw the add and it says "$199" scratched out and says $99 instead. But when you click, it says "$199" scratched out and says $140 instead.

Has anyone tried to contact them before questioning their integrity and honesty?

Yes. I have tried and am still trying to contact them. I will continue trying. Not sure why this particular bee has stuck in my bonnet, but it has.

Update
It appears they have changed their Facebook ads. They have a completely different look and no quoted price on them. |

Hi Spadoinkel
I'd like to clarify this, because there is no intent to mislead anyone. From time to time, ads on Facebook or other platforms can lag behind updates made on the website. This can result in an ad still showing a sale price that has already ended by the time someone clicks through. That said, we are not trying to deceive or mislead anyone. If you had contacted us after seeing that ad, we would have honored the advertised price without hesitation. We have never refused such a request, and we have not received any inquiry that went unanswered. Our reputation means far more to us than making or losing a few dozen dollars. Integrity and trust are core to how we run our company. |
