See good, bad and garbage thread for link to this remarkably lifelike recreation of this fascinating creature.the best version so far.more animation than Robert Neale's LIFE and less complicated/precise folding process...
God's grace rocks! It makes a good cups and balls routine look pretty boring in comparison.

It would have been nice if a couple more moments had been used to explain where to put the critical folds with crease. It would not have added much more time to the 22 second explanation of a 42 second tutorial.

From your photo you could be a charter member of the berdoo chapter of the hell's angels.perhaps subtle DIY paper folding isn't your forte(see:steve, gambling expert).having aid from someone,a woman perhaps, with a lighter touch may be the answer.its just a simple crease.you can see it in the videos.get $10 worth of NEW singles, sit at the kitchen table, begin your folding exercises.it took me 3 tries at first.the distance between the wing folds is more critical than the crease.if this distance is too little the wings will only form a V, not meet properly...this is a steal for the price...

I appreciate the compliment; I hoped to add another bill fold to both the ring fold and the bunny in hat fold I already do.
You state " ...the distance between the wing folds is more critical than the crease. if this distance is too little the wings will only form a V, not meet properly." I understand the crease is created with the fold length, yet a suggested distance between the wing folds is what I felt the tutorial needed. I am not disappointed with my $10 purchase; I was disappointed that the tutorial, from my perception did not feel complete. |
