It just seems totally impossible.
My issue with performance trailers like this is, when it is mentioned as a live performance, but editing has taken place. I have no problems of something being edited if it is to hide the method, but then it should clearly state that. A live performance indicates nothing has been edited.

I have no idea how the billet was used there. That performance is so strong. I don’t know billet work well, though.

It is super easy to make apps like that with claude yeah. Magic apps will be impossible to market once people learn how to host some code claude gives you. I still like that this trainer was included though.

I assume pen reading which it says is taught on the project. If you’re not confident you can always go back to the “read me the words in any sentence order” technique

Thought I would chime in. I have been performing this pretty much non-stop since learning it. I pretty much only failed once, and that was my own fault, since I was drinking and was not thinking clearly, so I obviously did not get the participant's word. It was ok, since he is a close friend from across the street. I think so far I am like 24/25.

A word of advice. The trainer really helps a lot. Or once you learn the method, you can practice with the trainer, or on someone that is close to you, or even on yourself.

Yesterday, I received a call from a magician I had not spoken to in years, and he told me that he pre-ordered Trident and was waiting for August 1st to come up so he can learn the method, etc, etc. and we spoke about everything magic, and so at the end of our chat, he asked me if I was confident enough to perform it for him, even though he had already seen some of the videos and trailer, and since he pre-ordered, I decided to perform Trident for him the way that have been performing it since day 1. I nailed his word. He was amazed. He then asked me if I could perform it again for him, and I wasnt going to, but I said sure why not, you are going to learn the method next Saturday August 1st, so if I mess up, you wont know anything anyway......and I nailed his word again! It was all over pretty quickly. He was surprised and shocked on how easily and fast I got both words from both performances. Anyway, he said he is super stoked to receive the project on August 1st, and cant wait to dive in.

I'm undecided on the purchase. From watching the trailers and listening to the discussion I was able to get the basics from it. I tried it out yesterday on my partner and got her word twice in a row. It's a clever method and I think the scripting Reid will teach will help disguise the method to a decent degree. But is it worth the money for that?

Reid mentions there being "4 pillars" of the trick that help it become foolproof. Perhaps those will be what makes up the value.

Interestingly my partners words were Table (which took me about a minute to get to) and more trickily Toothbrush (with me having to 50/50 guess given another similar word could also have been an option) but I was able to nail within 10 seconds).

I purchased, and although I found it to be a little bit overpriced, the JAM with Peter Turner maybe making it worth the introductory sale price. What Reid goes over in the other videos are what I’d describe as basic routine that any beginner can master within a few minutes. What Peter brings to the discussions makes it more advance that may require some skills to master. Wish it was priced around $150 as I think that it is worth that, I did go head and get it at $230-250 USD, just because Peter Turner is on the project.

You cannot download the instructional videos, not sure but suspect concern of people publishing or share. Hope it does become available. I like watching the instructional videos when I have no internet, like on a plane.
