I thought the idea of the bottle being able to hold liquid was in case a curious spectator decided to see if it would actually hold water.
If it were to leak that might really give away the game, at least to them. But not sure it would be a big deal in the overall scheme of things. |

I'm trying to imagine this. I don't have this, but if I did, I personally wouldn't want liquid anywhere near such an expensive device, in case it spills on it. If I were to load the item and seal the bottom, and then load with liquid (maybe putting the spectator's item inside a plastic baggie to protect it, like Can O' Corn) and seal the top ... that's a long revelation.
But I will wait to see what others come up with. |

I believe you can easily add liquid after the production, and if desired, reseal with an appropriate device as mentioned previously.

I’m not sure what Magic Dust has in mind but I don’t think anyone is planning on pouring liquid in the bottle while it’s still in the gimmick, and still inside the bag or box or whatever. That would be an appearing liquid bonus trick similar to Henry Harrius’s Refilled.
If any liquid were to be poured into the bottle it would be after the bottle with object inside has been displayed to the audience and well away from the secret gimmick. But I’m not sure anyone is planning to do that. I was under the impression that Magic Dust’s interest in whether or not the bottle could hold liquid was in order to know if a spectator later on tried to fill it, would the bottle hold the liquid without leaking. But perhaps he does have a presentation in mind using liquid. He would need to clarify. |

Ultimately, the bottle is going to be a kept as a keepsake or memento with an impossible (signed) object.
Re-filling the bottle feels like a non-starter.

All I know is when I open up a corona, I typically enthusiastically drink up the evidence and have no interest in refilling the bottle.

I’m not sure if having the bottle signed is worth having to so conspicuously hide the bottom of the bottle. I think I may have opted to have them try to push the opener into the top thus making it obvious it cannot go thru the top and would make holding it at the bottom appear more natural.
Also it might be important to have the opener really examined so people won’t later think it can expand in some way after being pushed thru the neck of the bottle. Remember that audience members will often come up with the darndest explanations. |

I am concerned about the cutting line on the body of the bottle, is it easy discovered by the audience when upon close up in hand inspection.

Since I don't drink beer, I wanted to take a look at the Corona bottles,
so I bought two to see how and where the magic happens. I'd love to see how it all works in real life, but unfortunately, the investment isn't feasible for me. Click here to view attached image. |

Having watched this in operation multiple times followed by lots of questions, there really is nothing to detect after the bottle's production. This is extremely clean and the bottle can safely be left with the spectator as a souvenir. There is a little prep that can be done in advance and in bulk. There are so many ways to present this in various routines. Needless to say, I too have one of order.

Could the “grey / darker line“ in the lower area, which isn’t completely horizontal on some pictures (probably depending on the quality of the preparation), be noticeable?

Having looked as a spectator, I don't recall seeing anything suspicious and I did look. Perhaps others who saw it in Vegas might have a different opinion.
