Anyone know what kind of wand this is. It has a spring that you can retract with your thumb to, I imagine, shoot things from one of the tips

It may be a bang wand that uses either percussion caps (used in cap guns) or 22 starter blanks. One of the white tips should probably screw off if it is a bang wand.

Possibly a coin wand (it uses a folding coin) or a balloon popper for Forgetful Freddy or Card to Balloon.

Is it possible that this wand is a silk vanishing wand? You didn't say which way the spring was compressed. If it's this type of wand, there should be a tiny hook at the end of the spring the engages the silk.
