My apologies, but I was simply answering the question does it always have to be 43 seconds.
But also to clarify, yes, they will provide the opportunity for additional gimmicks to make multiple time reveals. |

Don’t need multiple gimmicks Asi Wind has a way to reveal more than one number using just the gimmicks you receive, I think 8 different numbers can be revealed, I have seen the tutorial and Asi’s idea is brilliant! Madison mentions this also

I think the effect is good, but in North America, especially in the U.S., almost everyone has played with a Rubik’s Cube at some point in their childhood.
Most people understand the basic relationship between the centre and corner pieces, so I actually think this effect looks a little too perfect. I’ve seen it performed Live, and almost every layperson came to the same conclusion about how it might work. (their explanation of the method was wrong, but they still realized that the other side wasn’t really determined by their hands) |

Familiarity with a Rubik's Cube and understanding its constraints are two very different things. I suspect if you asked 100 random laypeople to explain what the corner pieces tell them about the other faces of a cube, relatively few could actually explain it. |

Does a version of this exist where the methodology is instead used for a full cube match? As in the spectator mixes a cube and then is shown to match another prediction cube?
