Description: How many times have you been reading through a routine only to see "and now vanish the object by your favorite method"? So now what? How about letting the spectator handle all the mainpulation for you! How about giving the spectator an object, stepping away and making them vanish it? This is what SILENCER is all about.
With this ingenious gimmick you can turn almost any bag, box, or other receptacle into your secret weapon, making borrowed items vanish in the spectator's hands, instantly and on command. Comes complete with the ingenious gimmick which allows you to turn any paper or plastic bag into a remote-controlled vanishing device ! Does anyone have this? whats the word? |

Greetings,
On behalf of all that is holy and good, do not buy this product. I won't reveal the secret, but here is how the ad should read: "The conjurer wants to vanish something as small or light as a piece of dried pasta. The miracle-worker places it in a brown paper bag and shakes said bag. The audience hears the all-too-familiar sound of pasta rattling in paper. Normal, right? Suddenly, as if the hand of God has reached down and nabbed the noodle, the noise stops. Though you may rattle the bag mightily, the pasta sound has vanished - signifying the impossible has occurred and the pasta has assuredly vanished too. The mage places the obviously now-unimportant bag aside, unopened, and continues to work other great miracles with 21 cards." I can't believe I paid for this. Sam Haine

It's insanely horrible, as are most products from that developer. The funny thing is, I think Silencer and Cup Oodles are pretty much the same product with different packaging and instructions.

Nice job Sam. You should write more ad copy. I also agree with Christian that everything I have bought from this manufacturer has been utter crap with the exception of Cup Oodles.

I sold my Cup Ooddles and Silencer at one of our local IBM auctions. It was never used by me. Now I have more room in the back of that bottom drawer to store more unusable stuff.

I *almost* bought this (well...cupoodles)
Thanks for the review. With some thinking it's not a large stretch to figure out a method to do this - whether its the same method remains to be seen.
