Totally Out of Control by Chris Kenner for the 5 Faces of Sybil, a basic sybil. Troy Hooser's Total Destruction has the Illogical Shuffle (I think that was its name) which is another basic sybil. From there you can move on to Brian Tudor's video Showoff 2, which teaches What the Hell Happened to Sybil 2 and Very Bad Habit, which revolutionised the "sybil" world. The Buck Twins have several advanced sybils based on Tudor's sybils. Cap Casino has a DVD out called C4: CapCuts which isn't very good but nonetheless you might want to take a look. He apparently is coming out with a (yawn) new DVD called ReCapped. As the above poster has said there is a free instructional teaching Blind Rotational Sybil, one of his sybils.

DE'vo has a very abstract and unique sybil in his Cradle to the Grave DVD called.... um, well, the Cradle to the Grave routine, because that's exactly what it is. The deck starts off in a box, is removed in a flashy manner, and the deck is given several fancy cuts (ala sybil) along with the box, and the deck replaced in the box in a very cool manner. And the entire thing is false. So you should check out his dvd.

But the best people for standard sybils are people like Tudor, the Buck Twins or Cap.

Besides all the sources already mentionned, may I suggest: Geoff Williams who also explains this cut very well in his "The Lecture your father never gave you" lecture notes.

I recommend those as they are good, and also cheaper than buying the Chris Kenner book. (which is also hard to find, and since it is out-of-print it is pretty expensive).

You can easily contact Goeff williams as he is a member of this forum (do a search, then click on his profile for his e-mail address!)

Another reason why I would suggest the lecture notes over a video, is because it is hard to press the "pause" or "rewind" buttons of your remote when both your left and right hands are in the middle of a five packets cut!!!! While the lecture notes will just stay flat on the table!!!

Start by learniing the "Blind Rotational Sybil" as it is free and it will give you an idea of what is expected from your fingers during the cut, this way you will not your learning process from scratch!

I hope this helps

I believe it is in the Encyclopedia of Playing Card Flourishes by Jerry Cestkowski, named the Tower Cut, at Max, a 10 packet sybil.
