Hi eveyone I did buy my pyro technic supplies from http://www.theatrefx.com but they have gotten too expensive. I make my own flash powder with powders from http://www.unitednuclear.com but I can not find any cheap places to buy flash cotton. Can someone help?
thanks

Is it legal to send this stuff in the post?

Yes, but you must pay a hazmat fee for flash cotton. It is usually $5.00 US

I wondered because I often buy flash paper from Davenports UK through the post and they never worry (no hazmat fee) but flash wool and the such like I have only ever bought over the counter at conventions.

Incidentally, this may not help but I have been given the name of a guy in the UK who supposedly makes excellent flash products.

His name is Steven Ashcroft.

PM me if you want his number as I guess he may not like his phone number out here in public.
