Just confirmed a hunch. The host of the Hercules movie program, "The Gladiator," was Mr. Universe/Mr. Olympia Dave Draper, who also appeared in a lot of 60's beach movies.

Thanks for the links! I discover that Ghoulardi was Ernie Anderson, who died February 6, 1997. He was based in Cleveland.

We had Casey Jones, Captain Cookie and Axel and his Dog. Now we have Horror Inc. Mystery Science Theater 3000 started here in the 80's. I have tapes of the original shows. That's all I got for now. P.S. We also had Steve and Sharon, but they were scary for entirely different reasons. Garrison Keillor too.
