Ditto. Eric is a class act and will take care of the matter.

Eric Paul is a very responsible dealer. I too got charged a higher amount of postage than was on the parcel, but when I emailed Eric he explained that PayPal automatically calculates a postage rate when placing an order. He also refunded the excess amount immediately via PayPal. It's great to do business with professionals!

Yes, keep in mind that PayPal does indeed charge an extra fee for postage or handeling etc. Just something to keep in mind of when paying in this manner.

The postage charges were added on his website. Shipments to the US and the UK for example were given different shipping options and I have asked Eric to see if this policy can be applied to Canadian orders as well. He did respond to my e-mail (this morning) saying that the difference would be refunded, but I am still waiting for that to happen.

Eric proved himself to be good to his word. Received the shipping refund today.

Good news in the end. Sometimes it pays to have a little faith. Smile

Some of Ed's stuff is outdated, but I still think he was one of the best magical artists. A lot of the stuff is still very useable!

Since Ed is gone, but his artwork lives on, and I agree some of it is not really "modern", does anyone have suggestions for magician's clipart that has a more up to date feel? Has anybody ever picked up the ball after Ed died and ran with it?

And how did the shipping problems turn out?

As far as Ed's work, from what I viewed, some of the giveaway items may still be good for kids shows and such.

Daffydoug -

You popped a very old thread back to the top. Much has changed since then.

See this thread:

P.S. As I said on the other thread, Dean Hankey's Abra-Kid-Abra Activity Book license has several pages of magic tricks on it (black and white illustrations), which can be used when designing your own giveaway flyer.

Man! Those Abra-kid-dabra items look GREAT! But they are not cheap. I think if I had the bucks, I'd definitely be geting some of that! in fact, I think I'm going to give them some priority. I'll keep it in mind for the day I get my hands on some cash.

Anybody used any of these? Do they work as great as they sound? If so, I'm salivating to get my hands on some.
